The apartment was the original home and first project of the property. It consists of 600 square feet and was completed by my talented husband, prior to me knowing him. Originally, it was a 2 bedroom, one bath home. He says this was the biggest project of the property.

The home was consumed with cat waste and filth. Full body armor was needed including face mask with filter. The walls and flooring were taken down to the studs. The random walls put in illogical places, were also taken down and the space opened up. Isn't it nice to breathe? A few more windows were added to bring in more natural light. Gallons of Kilz primer was also applied to the framework and flooring of the home. Now it was time to put it back together! He made a large bedroom with 2 closets divided by a desk. Windows surround the entire outside of the room, bringing in a lot of light with magnificent views of the yard and surrounding scenery. The family room has the kitchen, bathroom, and large walk-in closet off to the side. He built a beautiful little deck off the front door, that leads to the staircase to get up to the home.
